This page describes how riskbedomning.com processes personal data, what data we collect and what rights you have.
Data controller
Terrabit is the data controller for the processing of personal data in the service. Contact us at info@riskbedomning.com with any questions.
What data we collect
- Account data: name, email address and organization when you or your employer registers an account.
- Guest accounts: an email address, if you choose to provide one to download reports. Providing an email is voluntary.
- Usage data: events in the service (e.g. login, import and export) linked to session ID and username, to understand how the service is used.
- Project data: the information you enter into your projects yourself, such as measurement data and site descriptions.
Why we process the data
- To provide the service and your projects (performance of contract).
- To contact you about the service when you have provided your email address (legitimate interest).
- To understand how the service is used and improve it (legitimate interest).
How long we keep the data
- Guest accounts and all projects created with them are automatically deleted after 14 days.
- Email addresses provided via guest accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed.
- Account data is kept for as long as the account is active.
Sharing of data
We never sell your data. The data is stored with our hosting providers and processed only to provide the service.
Cookies
The service only uses necessary cookies for login and session management, including "remember me". No cookies are used for marketing or third-party tracking.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification of or deletion of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
